JOB SUMMARY:
Assist faculty and staff conducting research/extension programs that are in alignment with established protocols regarding agricultural research. This is a weekend waterer position. Other duties as assigned.
JOB DUTIES:
50% - Essential - Assist research/Extension personnel in planting, maintaining and harvesting of agronomic crops.
25% - Essential - Assist with data collection of crops in fields and greenhouses.
25% - Essential - Assist in maintenance of facilities and grounds of Research and Education Center.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education - High School or Equivalent
Licenses - Drivers License Class D normal < 26,000
Work Exp 1+ years college completed and/or worked at Coastal REC. Min. 2 yrs college & previous work history with Coastal REC or USDA.

No Supervisory Duties - Not responsible for supervising employees.

COMPENSATION INFORMATION
Anticipated Hourly Rate: $18.00
Salary is dependent upon several factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's previous experience, knowledge, skills and performance in accordance with Clemson's compensation guidelines.
