Description
The Territory Manager’s (TM) major objective of the Territory Manager in the Gypsum Organization is to support CT in profitable sales growth of CertainTeed’s gypsum product portfolio and systems by generating sustained demand within their territory. This is accomplished through sales and promotional activities targeted at positioning CT as the preferred choice among contractor and distribution customers. The territory manager is expected to collaborate with internal support functions, such as marketing, product management, and customer service, to streamline operations and enhance customer experience. Territory Managers must operate in a safe and environmentally conscious manner, providing preferred service to our contractor and distributor customers.

What do you bring?
- Minimum of HS Diploma or GED required
- Travel ability up to 75%. Company leased vehicle provided.
- Valid Driver’s license Required
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or minimum of 2-5 years of industry related experience, providing a working knowledge of the regulations, practices and procedures concerned with outside sales activities for the construction industry.
- 3+ years’ outside-related sales experience in applying this knowledge in daily sales activities such as managing customer relationships, sales presentations, and the closing of sales.
- OSHA 10 required within 4 months of hire & renewed every 5 years
- General Commercial Construction knowledge and results preferred
- Proficiency in Office 365; SalesForce.com or similar CRM Required
- Excellent presentation and communication skills

Saint-Gobain aims to deliver a comprehensive Total Rewards package to support our employees’ wellbeing and help improve daily life for themselves and their families. We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position which is $81,500 to $126,500 per year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 20% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $97,800 to $151,800. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
