Description
CGI is seeking a Salesforce Architect/Developer to join our growing Civilian practice area. Specifically, you will engage with our clients to understand high-level business and technical requirements, to evaluate and propose solutions, to define the right methods to successfully implement desired functionality, and to estimate the work to be done. You will also perform configuration and development tasks as needed.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
.Facilitate discussions with both business and technical stakeholders to extract critical business requirements and present a technical vision & solution that meet customer and project needs.
.Communicate complex topics regarding solutions and related projects to audiences without deep technical skills.
.Work with the client and their stakeholders to understand high-level business and technical requirements, to evaluate and propose solutions, to define the right methods to successfully implement desired functionality, and to estimate the work to be done.
.Research, evaluate, and implement solutions.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
.3-5+ years on hands-on Salesforce experience in the following areas:
oSalesforce data modeling and configuration
oThorough understanding of the Salesforce Security model
oApex development
oLightning Web Component development (including proficiency with HTML, CSS, JS, and SLDS)
oFlow-based automation development
oVisual Force Pages
oExperience Cloud development
oService Cloud implementation (case management / approval process)
oREST-based API integrations
.Experience with SAFe, including authoring epics/stories
.Strong communication skills (writing and speaking).
Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required:
.Familiarity with MuleSoft / API design fundamentals
.Familiarity with Salesforce SSO configuration
.Experience with Copado DevOps pipelines
.Experience with Confluence and JIRA.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $70,800.00 - $156,700.00.
