PURPOSE OF POSITION:
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Talent Acquisition (TA) team to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process. The ideal candidate will excel at coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, creating and publishing job postings, and providing support throughout the recruitment process. This role is well-suited for a proactive, self-motivated individual who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Manage Interviews: Coordinate onsite and remote interviews, create schedules, and confirm logistics with candidates and hiring teams. Handle travel arrangements and logistics planning as needed.
- Candidate Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates, answering questions, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Job Postings: Create and publish job postings on various platforms to attract qualified candidates and manage candidate inquiries and applications.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks including maintaining the active open requisition list, collecting required pre-employment paperwork, preparing formal interview schedules, compiling offer letter details and sending to the appropriate HR division, and providing support to internal recruiters and search firm partners as needed.
- Initiative & Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, anticipate the needs of the TA team, and take ownership of tasks with minimal direction.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
o Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
o Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or a similar role
o Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work proactively, and manage priorities independently
o Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a high level of attention to detail
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
o Proficiency in Greenhouse and/or comparable ATS/HRMS systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite
o Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
