Position: Recruiter (Manufacturing/Engineering)
Job#: 43990-1
Duration: Full-Time/Direct Hire
Location: Remote
Pay Rate: Salary + Commission (W2 Only)

Please note: Only candidates with permanent U.S. work authorization will be considered. EAD, H-1B, or similar work authorization types are not eligible for this role.

This role is 100% Remote, we will entertain on/off-shore candidates
HOURS: MON-FRI 8am - 5pm (CST)

We are seeking an experienced Engineering & Manufacturing Recruiter with a proven background recruiting mechanical, civil/structural, CAD, construction management, and light industrial manufacturing talent. This role is not focused on IT, software, or corporate technology recruiting.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience sourcing candidates for manufacturing plants, industrial environments, and engineering-driven projects and understands shop-floor, field-based, and project-based hiring needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for engineering, manufacturing, and light industrial roles

Source and vet candidates in the following areas:
Mechanical Engineering
Civil / Structural Engineering
CAD Design & Drafting
Manufacturing Engineering
Industrial & Construction Management
Light Industrial / Skilled Manufacturing roles
Conduct in-depth candidate screening focused on hands-on technical experience, plant environments, and industrial skill sets
Coordinate interviews and partner directly with hiring managers in manufacturing and engineering organizations
Negotiate pay rates, relocation packages, and extend offers
Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS systems

REQUIRED SKILLS:
2+ years of recruiting experience specifically within Engineering, Manufacturing, or Light Industrial environments
Demonstrated experience recruiting manufacturing engineers and industrial talent
Familiarity with manufacturing terminology, plant operations, and industrial job functions
Proficient with ATS platforms and Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong verbal communication skills
