Paint Technician (Utility Trucks, Buckets, Cranes)

We’re looking for a Paint Technician to support the production and upfit of CTOS utility trucks and equipment. If you’re detail-oriented, skilled in painting and body repair, and want to grow your career, we want to hear from you!

• Schedule: Mon–Fri, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM (Saturdays as needed)

What You’ll Do:

• Prep, paint, and finish CTOS trucks and equipment
• Repair minor dents, scratches, and fiberglass
• Mix paint, operate paint booth, and maintain tools
• Assist with body repairs, welding, and structural work
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Drive forklift to stage parts and move materials

Note: Must pass respirator fit test (requires no facial hair on cheeks).

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ year’s experience in painting/body repair
• Collision repair and fiberglass experience a plus
• Ability to read and interpret design prints
• Knowledge of industrial paints, primers, and techniques
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying conditions
• Excellent attendance and teamwork skills
• High School diploma or GED
