Description
CGI Federal is seeking a dynamic and detail-driven Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to lead quality efforts on a high-impact federal program supporting supervision systems. This role is pivotal in ensuring the integrity, security, and performance of systems that manage secure data. As QA Manager, you will champion quality across the full development lifecycledriving compliance with stringent security protocols, regulatory standards, and CGI's internal quality benchmarks. This position is located in our Lafayette, Louisiana, Knoxville, TN or Fairfax, VA office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
. Documents and manages the project team's adherence to quality metrics as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW) and as required internally by CGI
. Develops, modifies, applies and maintains quality evaluation and control documents and protocols.
. Collaborates with other functions to ensure quality standards are in place.
. Devises and implements methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of functionality.
. Designs and analyzes inspection and testing processes; conducts quality assurance tests;
. Audits quality systems for deficiency identification and correction. Ensures that corrective measures meet acceptable reliability standards and that documentation is compliant with requirements.
. Prepares reports and makes recommendations
. Develop contract deliverables in timely manner.
. Monitors, tracks, and assist with mitigation plans for all program Risks and Issues
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
.Bachelor's or Master's degree and 8+ years of related experience with QA testing tools like Selenium.
.2+ years of experience leading Quality and focused on Quality Management.
.Proven client management skills
.Experienced with Scaled Agile (SAFe) framework
.Experience developing and executing software test plans, developing QA plans, validating quality metrics, and executing root cause analysis (RCA) to identify software problems and their causes.
.Experience with Azure Boards or equivalent (e.g., Jira, Atlassian, Confluence).
.In-depth understanding of QA disciplines, processes, methods, tools, and leading industry practice.
.Experience managing audit readiness, compliance documentation, and continuous monitoring.
.Detail oriented including thoroughness and rigor in adhering to and implementing processes.
.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
.Ability to collaborate across teams including Senior Management and project teams in a dynamic team environment.
.Desire for excellence in customer satisfaction, process and product quality, and reliability.
.Due to the nature of this US Government contract, all candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required:
.Familiarity Quality Control standard operating procedures
.Experience implementing quality frameworks in FISMA, FedRAMP, or other federal compliance environments
.Familiarity with secure SDLC practices
.Banking Supervision industry experience
.Experience with quality management in a banking supervision industry
.Experience with quality management within secure data sets
CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $80,600.00 - $198,400.00.
