Work Arrangement: Hybrid 4 days onsite, 1 day remote
Role Summary:
Join a dynamic team driving enterprise-wide OT cybersecurity resilience across state-of-the-art production facilities. You will own end-to-end project delivery scope, schedule, budget, risk, and vendor management while translating complex technical workstreams into executive-ready insights. Partnering with OT security engineers, IT, and plant stakeholders, you ll ensure every milestone fortifies operational uptime and safety. This is a rare opportunity to merge strategic project leadership with cutting-edge industrial security at scale.
Responsibilities:
- Lead full-lifecycle planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of multi-million-dollar OT cybersecurity projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams OT engineers, IT, vendors, and plant leadership to maintain alignment and aggressive timelines.
- Craft executive-level status reports and PowerPoint briefings that drive fast, informed decisions.
- Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies; manage mitigation and escalation paths.
- Track KPIs and milestones, facilitating transparent communication across all channels.
- Manage vendor contracts and SOWs to guarantee on-budget, on-spec delivery.
- Champion continuous-improvement practices for project management within the OT security organization.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- 5+ years technical project management in OT/ICS, IT, or industrial environments.
- Mastery of Microsoft PowerPoint and Office for executive storytelling.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification.
- Demonstrated success running concurrent, geographically dispersed projects.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
- Jira experience and military project management background both highly desirable.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Budget, schedule, and risk management for complex technical initiatives.
- Executive communication & stakeholder engagement.
- Vendor and contract oversight.
- Willingness to travel up to 5%.
Other Skills:
- Knowledge of OT cybersecurity fundamentals.
- Change-management best practices.
- Hybrid collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, Confluence).
