As a key member of the NVIDIA Partner Network (NPN) Program team, we are looking for an experienced Channel Partner Programs Manager who will lead the development and management of partner programs associated with selling, hosting, influence partners as well as key initiatives in alignment with the business goals!


What you'll be doing:

  • Lead the development and implementation of strategic NPN partner programs, to support business requirements and drive sales acceleration.
  • Partner with sales leadership, business leaders and cross-functional teams to identify and develop key program initiatives that achieve business goals.
  • Develop partner program processes to increase ease of doing business with NVIDIA.
  • Develop and deliver internal and external program materials.
  • Drive quarterly partner program business reviews with business leaders, delivering metrics and compliance status.
  • Define, develop, and implement program onboarding strategies to enable the internal field sales team and partners.
  • Drive the program communication strategy to increase program awareness in support of enhancements, compliance, and general updates.

What we need to see:

  • 5+ years of channel partner program management experience, or combination of channel partner program management, partner marketing, or channel development experience. A minimum of 3+ years working with partners.
  • Proven experience developing and managing successful multi-tier partner programs, including solution focused segmentation, partner differentiation, training and enablement, and incentive programs aligned with business requirements.
  • Strong understanding of the partner ecosystem, business models, and contracting process.
  • Strong understanding of partner types, specifically OEM, ODM, build partners.
  • Effective problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Highly organized, ability to lead multiple priority projects to closure.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build positive relationships, and engage across all levels in the organization.
  • Demonstrated experience and success in building effective program materials and onboarding enablement tools.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

The base salary range is 104,000 USD - 166,750 USD for Level 3, and 136,000 USD - 218,500 USD for Level 4.
