This position is located in Houston, TX with a hybrid working model.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

How Youll Make an Impact:
Provide administrative and operational support across departments (scheduling, reporting, documentation, logistics).
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, capture notes, and follow up on action items.
Monitor, organize, and update data, files, and shared resources to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
Assist with onboarding, training logistics, and other employee support tasks.
Help track and report on project progress, resource allocation, and performance metrics.
Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements to streamline workflows.
Collaborate with internal teams to solve day-to-day operational challenges.
Contribute to a positive team culture by supporting communication and knowledge-sharing.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

What Youll Bring:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, Operations Management, or related field (all majors welcome).
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to balance multiple priorities and work within deadlines.
Flexibility, adaptability, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Comfort working in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or similar tools.
Authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely and without restriction.
Preferred Qualifications
Internship or academic experience in operations, administration, or project coordination.
Familiarity with productivity tools like SharePoint, Google Workspace, or Slack.
Basic knowledge of project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana, Smartsheet).
Analytical mindset with exposure to Excel formulas, pivot tables, or reporting dashboards.
Interest in continuous process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar concepts).
