Service Specialties Inc (SSI), Air Conditioning, Heating and Plumbing in Chantilly, VA is looking to add an organized full-time Install Coordinator to our growing team. This position provides continued training and development to make sure you succeed to your fullest potential with a competitive hourly pay, extensive benefits package, PLUS bonus opportunities! SSI, a family-owned service business, is a trusted expert in providing complete indoor air quality, HVAC and Plumbing comfort solutions to homeowners in the Northern Virginia area since 1979.

This positions schedule:

8AM-5PM Monday, Thursday, Friday: Remote Work

8AM-5PM Tuesday, Wednesday: In the office (Chantilly, VA)

Job Role

SSI's Install Coordinator is responsible for keeping the Residential Sales Department as efficient as possible by:

  • Processing all job information once installation is completed
    • Registering all new equipment to receive full warranty and make sure all rebates are submitted
    • Make sure job is paid in full
      • Including charging financing
    • Prepare job costing paperwork for sales manager
  • Scan and record all final documentation to make sure job is completed in full
  • Keeping the outstanding permit list at a minimum
  • Scheduling sales leads as necessary
  • Assisting customers with any questions they have regarding their install
  • Keeping track of all monthly sales numbers to be turned in at the end of the month
  • Other administrative tasks as needed to help with efficiency of the sales department

Qualifications

  • Must be an independent worker, and self-motivated
  • 3-4 years of office experience minimum
  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Knowledge of HVAC terms is recommended but not a requirement
  • Outside the box thinker
  • High Speed Internet for remote work
  • Quiet place with minimal distractions for remote work
