$98,656 - $128,253 minimum starting salary

Job Level - Manager

Shelter maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in geographic location, education, training, skills, relevant work experience, business needs and market demands. Please remember that this range is the starting base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position.

What You Will Be Doing:

Responsible for providing information and assistance in complex insurance financial planning situations. Responsible for development of proposals and sales tools and for providing technical assistance to Sales Managers. On occasion assists Agents and Managers in more technically complex sales.

What We're Looking For:

• Analytical ability to study and comprehend complex insurance laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills, including ability to make effective oral presentations and compose well organized marketing programs and news articles.
• Successful experience in insurance sales with CLU and/ or CHFC designations preferred.
• Ability to maintain regular, predictable attendance to ensure minimal disruption to schedules, deadlines and availability to department personnel requiring expertise or guidance.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and wide authority in developing and implementing programs.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
