Senior Fullstack Engineer (f/m/d)

About the role

At Perspective, you won’t just write code – you’ll shape core parts of a product used by thousands of marketers every day. As a senior full-stack engineer, you’ll take ownership of features end-to-end across one of our product areas: building better funnels, strengthening our contacts area, improving messaging & automations, or driving platform-wide growth initiatives.

AI is an important part of our product vision. Some squads are already building AI-powered co-pilots and agents, and others are laying the foundation for what comes next. No matter the squad you join, you’ll help us evolve the platform toward smarter, more automated marketing workflows. What you’ll be doing

• Develop and improve features with a focus on security, performance and testing
• Own core parts of the software and drive concepts from idea to execution
• Collaborate across teams to solve real business challenges and build impactful solutions
• Ensure service health through monitoring, logging, alerting, and infrastructure reliability
• Continuously refine systems through documentation, scaling practices, and database optimization
• Proactively engage in team rituals, advocate for improvements, and prioritize high-impact initiatives

Who you are

• You have 5+ years of experience in product engineering, ideally within small to medium-sized SaaS companies, owning features end to end
• You’re fluent in TypeScript (or any other strong type language) and write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
• You’re experienced across the stack: from designing APIs and backend systems to building intuitive frontend interfaces
• You care deeply about quality – practicing TDD, writing automated tests, and keeping codebases reliable and easy to maintain
• You communicate clearly, collaborate well across teams, and stay curious – using new technologies to learn, automate, and create better outcomes
• You have a solid understanding of software architecture, e.g. things like Domain-Driven Design, SOLID principles, and dependency injection
