MATERIAL HANDLER I

The Material Handler I plays a critical role in the durable goods manufacturing process by ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of materials within the facility. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting production teams by delivering the right materials at the right time. The role requires close collaboration with warehouse staff, production operators, and logistics personnel to optimize workflow and minimize downtime. Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to operate material handling equipment safely, with forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Physical ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Forklift certification or experience operating other material handling machinery.
• Familiarity with inventory management software or warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities:
