Job Title: Sales and Marketing Representative
Job Location: Arlington Heights, IL - Must be able to travel to Broadview, IL for meetings and training daily. Must have a vehicle and will receive a vehicle reimbursement.
Are you a road warrior? As a Sales and Marketing Rep for Servpro you will promote franchise services in assigned territory, which results in meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals. You will be hosting continuing education classes, and going to networking events. Grow and develop our customer base by utilizing a systematic process to identify new prospects and cultivate relationships by routinely contacting, visiting, and following up with customers. You will also be utilizing franchise materials to market SERVPRO services, like SERVPRO® Key Differentiators and Emergency Ready Plan to market SERVPRO® services and to sell the benefits. .
Position Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed assigned sales quota by executing the sales cycle, setting up closing appointments, maintaining assigned contact lists, participating in professional associations, hosting lunch-and-learns, and promoting continuing education (CE) courses
- Conduct objective-to-objective daily marketing contacts
- Build customer relationships and rapport by educating them on the reasons SERVPRO® is the best cleaning and restoration company in the world
-Provide and communicate clear and accurate pretesting, scoping of services, and job estimates
- Increase sales territory revenue by consistently achieving sales territory goals

Position Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or experience in sales and marketing preferred
- Drivers License
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
- Experience in business-to-business sales preferred
- Superb sales, customer service, administrative, verbal, and written communication skills

Pay Rate: Competitive base pay rate. There is also activity-based commission which increases based on merit

Hours: 8am-5pm Monday - Friday
- Overtime as needed for after hour events.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
