Description
Transforming the healthcare industry isn’t easy. But when you build a team like the one we have, that goal can become a reality. Our accomplishments can’t happen without our extraordinary people – the men and women across the country who make up our diverse Zotec family and help make this company a best place to work.
Over 25 years ago, we started Zotec with a clear vision, to partner with physicians to simplify the business of healthcare. Today we are more than 900 employees strong and we continue to use our incredible talent and energy to bring that vision to life. We are a team of Innovators, Collaborators and Doers.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Salesforce Administrator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone early in their Salesforce career who is certified, has foundational experience, and is eager to deepen their expertise while supporting Sales and Marketing operations.
You will work closely with the existing Salesforce Administrator to support, maintain, and enhance our Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud. This position offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and the opportunity to grow into advanced Salesforce responsibilities over time. This is a remote opportunity.
What you’ll do:
- Provide day-to-day Salesforce support for Sales and Marketing users
- Assist with user requests, data updates, report creation, and dashboard enhancements
- Maintain data integrity through audits, cleanup, and structured processes
- Support Marketing Cloud initiatives including drip campaigns and journeys
- Export, manipulate, and analyze data using Excel to support business insights
- Orient new co-workers to the system and actively support team development
- Assist in managing users, profiles, roles, and permissions
- Help maintain flows, validation rules, and automation (with training)
- Support testing and deployment of enhancements and system updates
- Participate in documentation of processes and system configurations
- Assist in maintaining data governance and system best practices
- Learn advanced Salesforce configuration and automation techniques
What you’ll bring to Zotec:
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) with approximately 1+ year of hands-on Salesforce experience (internship or full-time)
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data cleanup, exports/imports)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to professionally exercise discretion and independent judgement in day-to-day work
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Marketing Cloud
- Experience creating reports and dashboards
- Familiarity with Data Loader or data import tools
- Basic understanding of Salesforce automation (Flows, Process Builder)
Who You Are:
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Eager to learn and grow your Salesforce expertise
- Comfortable asking questions and taking initiative
- Service-oriented and responsive to team needs
- Analytical and process-minded
At Zotec, you will enjoy a network of highly experienced professionals in an environment where you can operate with autonomy yet have the resources and backing of other professionals in a similar role. Entrepreneurial and enterprising is the spirit of our team. If you are an original thinker and opportunity seeker, we'd like to talk to you!
