Our Client: A leading provider of innovative financial-technology solutions, is seeking a Marketing Activation Senior Manager. Position: Marketing Activation Senior Manager
Duration: Full-Time Temporary (approx. 6 months)
Location: Remote U.S. based

Work Arrangement: Remote

Role Summary:
As the strategic quarterback between campaign planning and technical execution, you will design and activate multi-channel marketing programs paid, email, SMS, events, webinars, ABM that convert prospects into measurable pipeline and revenue. Partnering with product marketing, creative, Rev-Gen, and Marketing Ops, you ll translate ambitious business goals into bulletproof data architecture, seamless system integrations, and real-time optimisation that keeps performance ahead of the curve.

Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end campaign activation: 40% planning (audience, channel mix, KPI tree) and 60% build/run (setup, QA, launch, optimisation).
  • Architect solution requirements tagging, lead routing, segmentation, compliance to ensure flawless data flow across Salesforce, CDP, Google Analytics, Funnel.io, Zapier, etc.
  • Partner with stakeholders to refine campaign strategy, select optimal channels, and validate technical feasibility.
  • Configure and manage campaigns in Salesforce; monitor dashboards for engagement, conversion, ROI; pivot tactics when metrics drift.
  • Facilitate weekly stand-ups, sprint plans, and post-mortems to drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • 10+ years in digital marketing, marketing operations, or technical project management, with 5+ configuring Salesforce CRM.
  • Expertise with Marketo, Pardot, or HubSpot; proven record building lead-management frameworks and cross-system integrations.
  • Experience delivering complex, multi-touch B2B campaigns that generate measurable revenue.
  • Ability to toggle seamlessly between strategic vision and hands-on configuration.
  • Payments or fintech fluency preferred; we ll teach the domain specifics to fast learners from adjacent tech sectors.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or related field (equivalent experience accepted).
  • Advanced proficiency in marketing analytics, data architecture, and privacy-compliant tracking.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across global, cross-functional teams.

Other Skills:

  • Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, ABM platforms, SQL basics
  • Agile marketing or Scrum familiarity
  • Passion for data-driven storytelling and optimisation
