Janitorial Coordinator, Workplace

The Janitorial Specialist will be a part of the Workplace Essential Services team by providing support on daily janitorial operations for our manufacturing sites at Lathrop, CA. As the initial point of contact, they will be crucial in ensuring sites are always in a clean, healthy, and safe environment for employees by working daily with janitorial staff and Workplace Operations partners. This individual possesses strong administrative and organizational skills, exceptional interpersonal communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail, all of which contribute to the efficient and professional operation of the office. They excel in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating resourcefulness, adaptability, and a commitment to providing outstanding service.

What You'll Do

• Handle procurement orders and oversee inventory control for 23 sites (Janitorial supply, equipment, and office supply)
• Responsible for managing singular and recurring spend requests
• Responsible for managing monthly janitorial orders and office supply orders
• Responsible for managing supply budget
• Handle equipment repairs/replacement requests using janitorial ticketing system (WATT)
• Provide admin support during meetings and request vendor proposals
• Janitorial, confidential shredding, laundry, rental equipment, and more

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of experience with janitorial service
• Open to schedule flexibility that will allow for OT and weekends (upon request)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite

Expected Compensation

$18.18 - $37.37/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
