We are seeking a fashion-forward Junior In-House Stylist / Sample Coordinator to support our creative and studio teams. In this dual role, you will help style fashion/product shoots and support managing the lifecycle of each sample. Ideal for someone who is passionate about fashion, and eager to grow within a fast-paced studio environment. You will report to the Creative Director.

About the Job

• Styling Support (approx. 50%)
• Assist stylists during e-commerce, editorial, and campaign shoots
• Prepare and steam garments/products ahead of shoots
• Help style on-model and still-life imagery according to brand guidelines
• Stay updated with fashion trends and brand tone to ensure styling consistency
• Maintain the studio's wardrobe, props, and styling tools
• Ensure all products are shot to the highest standard within deadlines
• Sample Coordination (approx. 50%)
• Receive, log, and track all incoming samples using internal systems
• Partner with PR, buying, merchandising, and logistics teams for sample needs
• Prepare and package samples for use by external vendors
• Maintain sample condition and cleanliness for shoot readiness
• Monitor sample movements in Creative Force to prevent loss

About You

• 1–2 years of experience in styling, fashion assisting, or sample coordination (internships count)
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality out comes under tight timelines.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Airtable, Asana)
• Familiarity with content management tools (e.g., Creative Force)
• Passion for fashion, visual storytelling, and styling
• Ability to lift and move sample boxes as needed
• Comfortable working collaboratively with photographers, stylists, and production teams
• Degree or diploma in Fashion, Styling, Visual Merchandising, or a related field
• Knowledge of current trends in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle
• Experience working in a studio or on-set environment

This position is based in our Culver City, CA headquarters.

The expected starting salary range for this role is $58,100- $91,900 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.
