Join a finance team partnering with the IT organization developing state‑of‑the‑art technology that enables revenue growth, supports innovation across the enterprise, delivers a world‑class customer experience, and protects our operational and data security.

The Senior Financial Analyst is the primary finance lead for a significant portion of the IT organization spanning Commercial, Finance, Reference Labs and Operations systems. This role provides financial consulting, advice and timely reporting to support the business in making key strategic decisions.

Additionally, the role will support our project management organization in understanding our spend by program/project, preparing presentations on a monthly basis as well as for budget, strategic planning and forecasting. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background and enjoy establishing new processes and tools to simultaneously drive efficiencies and insights.

What You Will Be Doing:
You will partner with IT leaders by providing financial business tools, dashboards, and reports for timely decision-making. You will consult with and advise IT teams and Lines of business, ensuring business decisions are well supported from financial standpoint.
You will support period close processes by preparing journal entries including accruals and account reconciliations, comparing actual results to latest financial outlook, and providing reporting and other communications materials for key IT stakeholders.
You will create and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual reports, ensuring that financial information is recorded and presented accurately.
You will develop various analyses, reports, and presentations; perform ad hoc financial forecasting, analysis and modeling and special project support as needed.
You will develop reporting and data platforms that support the IT project investment portfolio and resource‑tracking needs.
You will participate in strategic planning and budget process, providing financial information, analysis, and support as needed.
You will identify and implement processes and improvements in planning, analysis, reporting, and monitoring of both financial and non‑financial measures, leveraging information technology to automate, streamline, and integrate these processes.
You will consult with IT stakeholders and finance partners across the company to ensure alignment on IT investments and cross charges.
You will work with multiple systems for use in information retrieval and analyses.

What You Will Need to Succeed:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
3-5 years of work experience in similar analysis required.
Analytical skills.
Detail oriented.
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong knowledge of data, databases and data mining and manipulation.
Personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Strong technical aptitude and ability to leverage automation and software tools to drive productivity (e.g., Microsoft PowerBI, Clarity, UIPath, Sharepoint, etc.)

Location:
Position is available onsite in either Westbrook, ME or Hoofddorp, Netherlands offices, with flexibility for occasional remote work.
