We’re working with our client to find an Financial Analyst to join their asset team and support asset management initiatives. This role offers exposure to financial modeling, portfolio analysis, and compliance reporting within a growing investment portfolio. This role is fully onsite in Rutherford County, TN.

Salary up to $62,000 + 10% bonus

Responsibilities of the Financial Analyst:

• Analyze and interpret financial statements from operating partners and tenants
• Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting, including variance analysis and trend reports
• Perform pro forma calculations and financial modeling for covenant compliance
• Input and manage financial data in internal systems and support ad hoc projects
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams on asset management initiatives

Qualifications of the Financial Analyst:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• Up to 4 years of experience analyzing financial data or statements
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
