Facilities Manager

We are looking for a dependable and versatile Facilities Manager to help maintain a one-of-a-kind commercial facility located within a cave. This position offers hands-on work across a variety of general building maintenance and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance, including carpentry, drywall, and general repairs.
• Inspect facility areas, identify issues, and resolve problems promptly
• Maintain clean, safe, and functional spaces throughout the facility.
• Assist with equipment moves or other physical tasks as needed.
• Coordinate with external vendors or service providers when necessary.
• Conduct regular walkthroughs to spot safety concerns or maintenance needs.
• Repair and service lighting, electrical outlets, switches, and low-voltage systems.
• Install or fix fixtures, shelving, signage, and minor equipment.
• Track maintenance activities and materials used.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies on all tasks.

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience in general maintenance or handyman work (commercial experience a plus).
• Skilled in the use of tools and basic electrical and plumbing work.
• Comfortable working in enclosed, damp, or unconventional environments.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage tasks independently.
• Physically able to lift, climb, crawl, and navigate confined or uneven areas.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• OSHA 10 certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain).
