Position: Sr. .NET Developer/Technical Lead

Pay Rate: $70.00 per hour (W2 Only)

HYBRID SCHEDULE: Must be able to work 4 days ONSITE and 1 day remote- -

Sr. Application .NET Developer/Technical Lead will design and develop mission critical 'business technology solutions' for Automotive Yard Management Systems. This includes providing product and technical support to multiple automotive sales applications

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Complete all phases of software development life cycle including analysis, design, functionality, testing and support
Codes, tests, and debugs new software or makes enhancements to existing software according to specifications.
Resolves in a timely manner problems that arise with existing production applications to ensure the efficient and proper functioning of application components. Maintain and support multiple projects, deadlines and application support.
Follows established configuration/change control processes, demonstrates knowledge and expertise in DevOps and CI/CD tools, technologies and procedures.
Act as a technical expert addressing problems relating to systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platform integration
Interact and consult with appropriate business analysts, project managers and developers to understand application/project requirements and define architectural and software solutions to meet those requirements
Identify and proactive communicate the risks associated with component or application implementation
Develops technical documentation
Mentors and coaches less experienced staff
Recording work progress on a weekly basis

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
10+ years of progressive career with extensive hands-on design and programming experience in Microsoft .Net technologies, SQL Server and Microsoft tech stack.
Experience in building highly scalable, responsive and mission critical applications, preferably in Automotive domain.
Hands-on and rich technical design and development expertise in Microsoft .Net technologies and technology stack.
Experience developing large scale web/database applications combined with advanced e-commerce integration skills
Must have expertise in Microsoft .Net technologies, such as ASP.NET, C#, Blazor, CLR, SDK, Libraries, Microservices, and Docker
Excellent knowledge of Transact SQL, Microsoft SQL Server (2012 or above) database combined with strong data analysis and reporting skills.
Recent and relevant experience in designing and building high traffic, high volume, high availability and mission critical applications for large Fortune 1000 enterprises.
Technically inquisitive, willing to learn new technologies and methodologies to keep constantly upgrading skills
Strong focus to provide best and optimal solutions to complex business problems in a timely manner
Excellent oral communication skills
Fast learner and can adapt to new technologies with a focus on automation, AI and digital communication.
EDUCATION: Bachelors and / or master's degree in computer science, engineering, math or related disciplines.
