We are looking for a Senior Corporate Development Manager to partner with management to develop growth strategies, including market development, identification of acquisition and investment opportunities, and execution of such transactions. Source and evaluate critical initiatives that will capitalize upon these opportunities and drive shareholder value. Manage the transaction execution and integration process.
What you’ll be doing:
- Monitor and assess market participants and trends in related markets for NVIDIA and assist in the formulation of strategies to grow in new adjacent markets, incorporating M&A, investments and partnerships.
- Identify, evaluate and implement a variety of critical initiatives, including acquisitions, investments and strategic projects & partnerships.
- Provide opportunity evaluation and assessment, business case development, and diligence & issue resolution.
- Conduct financial modeling and valuation, transaction execution & integration, and lead the internal and external transaction team.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and business unit colleagues, and prepare and deliver presentations to business unit leaders and senior management.
What we need to see:
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience
- 2+ years experience in top-tier investment banking with M&A execution experience with focus on technology or digital infrastructure
- Preferably 2+ years experience in Corporate Development, private equity or credit investment
- Demonstrated strong knowledge and interest in artificial intelligence and semiconductor
- Excellent financial analysis and valuation skills, including understanding of investment/merger/acquisition analysis and related issues.
- Excellent business sense and ability to understand and resolve complex business issues.
- Dynamic interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and influence across all levels within and outside the company.
- Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills.

The base salary range is 128,000 USD - 201,250 USD for Level 3, and 152,000 USD - 247,250 USD for Level 4.
