Description

Our client, a Sage Platinum Partner, is a rapidly growing organization providing top-tier ERP solutions. As they expand their team, they are looking for a highly motivated Customer Success Representative to help ensure their clients receive maximum value from their services.

Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a skilled Customer Success Representative with experience in customer renewals and ERP systems. This is a fully remote, US-based position with no travel required. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused and proactive, building strong relationships to drive client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer renewals to ensure high retention rates and long-term relationships
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them maximize the benefits of ERP solutions (Sage Intacct, Sage 100, Sage 300, or Acumatica preferred)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and optimize their experience
  • Identify upsell opportunities and additional value-added services
  • Address customer concerns and ensure timely resolutions to any issues

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or similar roles with a focus on renewals
  • Expertise in ERP systems; Sage Intacct, Sage 100, Sage 300, or Acumatica experience is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive problem-solver with a passion for customer success
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying engaged with the team
