Overview:
Sentara Health Plans in Virginia Beach is looking to hire a Remote Senior Broker Relationship & Client Development Specialist.
Candidates must reside in Hampton Roads or surrounding areas as traveling is required.
The Senior Broker Relationship & Client Specialist leads all planning associated with strategic marketplace events. Coordinate involvement of MOT, Leadership and invited guests. Manage external speaker engagement, contract and support needs. Lead plan execution and post-event review. Develop, monitor and manage budget for Broker Relations/Client Development in support of Strategic Growth plan.
As a licensed Health representative, we respond to event-based sales opportunities. Convert connections made at marketplace events into leads for Sales Executives' pursuit. Provide onsite management of events. Effectively communicate with executives and key influencers.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required
Certification:
- Valid Driver’s license State of Virginia.
- Must obtain an L-HIL or L-LIFEHI within 90 days of hire.
Experience:
- 5 years of related experience required.
- Related years of experience includes Business Acumen, Customer Relation, or related field.
