Description
This position will be responsible for monitoring and sustaining critical KPI for ECU production assembly lines, analyzing maintenance skill sets, developing/executing training, and mentoring maintenance staff. Focusing on improving maintenance troubleshooting and execution.
Primary responsibilities include assisting with defect reduction activities, maintenance staff support and training, improvement projects, and root cause/countermeasure activities.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate would be motivated to learn and enjoy teamwork, have electrical and mechanical experience, strong attention to detail, excellent organization skills, time management skills, prioritization skills, and strong troubleshooting ability.
Proven ability to lead and give directions for troubleshooting and getting to the root cause of equipment failure.
Knowledge of PC’s and Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Etc.).
2 Year technical degree and work-related experience.
