Why We re Hiring
Our Genius product is entering a major sales expansion through 2025 2026. To keep pace, we need dedicated support for the design, execution, and communication of Genius specific incentive programs. This role will help the team stay efficient, keep incentives clear and timely, and drive the company s growth objectives.
Role Summary
The Administrative Assistant I will be the central point for Genius product sales incentive planning, monthly reporting, and leader enablement. You ll partner with sales leadership, finance, payroll, and data teams to ensure incentives are accurate, compelling, and aligned with business goals. Training is provided, making this an excellent entry level opportunity for recent graduates who are self motivated, detail oriented, and highly communicative.
Key Responsibilities
Incentive Communications Draft, design, and distribute email blasts, presentations, and decks that explain upcoming Genius incentive programs to sales teams.
Monthly Reporting Build and maintain reports in Excel/Google Sheets (XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, COUNTIF, etc.) to track incentive performance and sales cycle metrics.
Program Execution Assist the Incentives Coordinator with payout processing, coordinating with Finance, Payroll, and Data Insights.
Leader Enablement Teach and coach sales leaders on the mechanics and timelines of new Genius incentive plans.
Data Analysis Identify trends in Genius sales performance, create Tableau visualizations, and recommend process improvements.
Intranet Management Keep internal pages up to date with promotions, events, and program details.
Process Improvement Propose and implement scalable workflows that boost team efficiency and consistency.
Skills, Knowledge, & Abilities
Experience (or coursework) with business process design and execution.
Strong partnership skills across cross functional teams.
Advanced written and verbal communication; ability to simplify complex incentive concepts.
Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and analytical mindset.
Self starter, responsive, and comfortable teaching senior leaders.
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency with Google Workspace (G Suite) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with Tableau, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and COUNTIF formulas.
Recent college graduate (training will be provided).
