We are looking for a Senior Revenue Accountant to join our Revenue Accounting organization based out of our Santa Clara office. In this role, you will collaborate with FP&A, Business Operations, Sales Operations, and IT to ensure accurate and complete accounting and forecasting for rebate arrangements as well as other customer incentive programs. You will support and drive automation and process improvement initiatives, continuously optimizing systems and workflows for efficiency and accuracy. You will gain deep insights into NVIDIA's products and pricing strategies and contribute significantly to business operations. As an integral member of the Revenue Accounting team, you will be responsible for providing and managing relevant financial information that is insightful and visible to NVIDIA’s senior leaders to make effective business decisions.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support the forecasting, tracking, modeling, and accounting for rebate/customer incentive programs, including accruals, releases and claim settlements.
  • Collaborate across teams to support and advance automation initiatives, system enhancements, and processes that drive scalability and efficiency in revenue accounting and related customer incentive programs for new business offerings.
  • Focus on AI solutions and automation tools to proactively detect and prevent errors and remediate discrepancies.
  • Build strong partnerships within FP&A, Business Operations and Sales Operations to assess, account, and launch rebate and other customer incentive programs.
  • Ensure timely execution of month-end and quarter-end activities including review of journal entries, revenue reserves, account reconciliations and reporting.
  • Assist internal and external audit.
  • Support ad hoc projects in the Revenue Accounting team.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance or accounting and an active CPA license.
  • 5+ years of public accounting and/or related revenue accounting experience at a large public company. Prior rebate experience is a plus.
  • Detailed knowledge of ASC 606 Revenue from Contracts with Customers.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work collaboratively and independently in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, passionate about data integrity, and enjoy solving complex problems.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.

The base salary range is 116,000 USD - 195,500 USD.
