We are partnering with a fast-growing sustainability technology company that is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to drive strategic growth by winning and expanding enterprise accounts within the commercial real estate sector.

This role is designed for a highly strategic enterprise seller who understands how to navigate complex organizations and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders. Candidates with experience selling into real estate, asset management, sustainability, or infrastructure-related industries will be especially well positioned for success, as the platform directly supports organizations operating in these sectors.

About the Role
As the Enterprise Account Executive, you will own the full enterprise sales cycle and act as a strategic partner to organizations managing large property portfolios and sustainability initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close
  • Building and executing strategic account plans across named enterprise accounts
  • Identifying and engaging key stakeholders across sustainability, asset management, portfolio management, and operations teams
  • Conducting deep discovery to uncover executive priorities, quantify business impact, and surface potential objections early
  • Delivering tailored product demonstrations that resonate with operational and financial stakeholders
  • Building internal champions and navigating complex buying committees
  • Leading structured proof-of-concepts that convert into long-term platform expansions
  • Negotiating commercial terms and closing enterprise agreements
  • Maintaining disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting
  • Partnering closely with Customer Success, Product, and leadership teams to support a coordinated enterprise sales motion

What We’re Looking
For The ideal candidate brings strong enterprise sales discipline along with a deep understanding of industries that manage large-scale physical assets.

Highly Preferred Industry Experience
We are especially interested in candidates who have experience selling into:

  • Commercial real estate organizations
  • Asset management firms
  • Sustainability, ESG, or energy-focused companies
  • Infrastructure or property portfolio operators

Candidates who understand the priorities, regulatory pressures, and operational complexity of these industries will have a strong advantage in this role.

Additional qualifications include:

  • 5+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Experience prospecting and multithreading within large organizations
  • Strong consultative selling skills, ideally selling complex SaaS platforms
  • Excellent discovery skills with the ability to quantify financial and operational impact
  • Experience navigating long enterprise sales cycles and engaging executive-level stakeholders
  • Confidence in negotiation and commercial structuring
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage complex pipelines and forecast accurately

  • Base Salary: $120,000
  • On-Target Earnings: $240,000+
  • Uncapped commissions
