Description

Our client, an AI-Operating System Startup Company, sustained by 2 major investors, is looking to add an Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing team in the United States. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a founding team driving our expansion in the US market. We’re looking for 1-2 AEs based in or willing to relocate to New York/New Jersey, Boston, or Philadelphia. Employees can also work from home.
About the Role:

  • Position: Enterprise Account Executive (Individual Contributor Role)
  • Location: New York/New Jersey, Boston, Philadelphia (Remote work possible)
  • Compensation: $200k-$300k OTE (50/50 base and variable split). Exceptional candidates may earn up to $350k OTE.
  • Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business by selling our SalesTech SaaS products to enterprise clients.
  • Target decision-makers in Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and CX leadership roles.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, and closing deals.
  • Focus on large enterprises with an ACV of $100k or higher.
  • Work closely with the team in India while building our US presence.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience: 3-8 years in B2B SaaS enterprise sales, particularly SalesTech products. Candidates with 10+ years of experience will not be considered at this time.
  • Skills: Proven ability to prospect independently and close high-value deals.
  • Track Record: Demonstrated success with enterprise deals of $100k+ ACV.
  • Mindset: Hands-on, entrepreneurial approach with a willingness to help establish a new market.
