Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) is the governing body for cricket in Sri Lanka, overseeing the national teams (men’s, women’s, youth) and domestic competitions like the Premier Trophy. Formerly known as the Board of Control for Cricket in Sri Lanka (BCCSL) until 2003, SLC manages all international tours and hosts matches, being a full member of the ICC and ACC, and guiding the sport’s development in the country, with notable success including winning the 1996 Cricket World Cup.
