Join TamilAhh a fast-growing platform connecting Tamil communities worldwide with trusted services. We are looking for a proactive and friendly Client Relationship Manager to handle customer interactions and build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally
- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Handle live chat operations on the website
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client requests
Requirements
- GCE A/L Passed (Mandatory)
- GCE O/L – Minimum 6 passes including Mathematics and Tamil
- Fluency in Tamil (Speaking & Writing is mandatory)
- Good knowledge of English (basic reading, writing, and communication)
- Basic to intermediate computer knowledge
- Ability to handle WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok messages and live chat
- Strong communication and customer handling skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client conversations
