Join TamilAhh a fast-growing platform connecting Tamil communities worldwide with trusted services. We are looking for a proactive and friendly Client Relationship Manager to handle customer interactions and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally
  • Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Handle live chat operations on the website
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Provide timely and accurate information to customers
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client requests

Requirements

  • GCE A/L Passed (Mandatory)
  • GCE O/L – Minimum 6 passes including Mathematics and Tamil
  • Fluency in Tamil (Speaking & Writing is mandatory)
  • Good knowledge of English (basic reading, writing, and communication)
  • Basic to intermediate computer knowledge
  • Ability to handle WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok messages and live chat
  • Strong communication and customer handling skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client conversations
