Overview

Are you passionate about helping people and solving problems? Join our team as a Customer Service Representative, where you’ll provide exceptional support to a variety of customers over the phone. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our clients feel valued and supported every step of the way.

Position Details:

  • Pay: $18/hr
  • Location: 777 N Rainbow Blvd. - fully in-office for the first 90 days with the potential for hybrid after training.
  • Hours: M-F 5am-5pm (8.5 hour shift between those hours with a 30 minute lunch
  • Benefits start day 1!

How you'll make an impact

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone
  • Identify and assess customer needs to deliver satisfaction.
  • Research and resolve customer issues, ensuring a smooth resolution.
  • Provide accurate, clear, and complete information using the right tools.
  • Handle routine calls and correspondence, with occasional deviations from standard procedures.

About You

Required: High school diploma and a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience. Strong typing and basic computer skills.

Preferred: Working knowledge of MS systems, i.e., MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook and MS Word.

Behaviors: Good verbal communication skills. Maintains a high level of professionalism with clients and establishes a positive rapport with every caller.

The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
