We are a remote-first technology company and welcome applications from candidates across Europe, including the EEA, the UK, Switzerland, and other non-EEA European countries such as Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, Armenia, Montenegro, Turkey, and the Western Balkans. We also consider applicants from different locations who can work within Central European Time (CET).

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full end-to-end ownership of the product and its delivery
• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is structured, prioritized, and transparent for the business
• Ensure predictable, high-quality delivery of backlog items
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand priorities, goals, and constraints
• Translate business, product, and regulatory requirements into:
  • User stories
  • Acceptance criteria
  • Clear scope definitions
• Define and control scope, timelines, and release plans
• Ensure delivered results meet business expectations and agreed success criteria
• Drive the scope towards scalable live launch and monetization
• Act as the owner of all product and delivery-related processes
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and compliance teams
• Ensure delivery alignment with fintech and compliance requirements

Requirements & Skills:

• Proven experience in Product Owner, Delivery Management, Business Analysis, or hybrid roles
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery frameworks and software development lifecycle
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Backlog ownership
  • Requirements documentation
  • User stories and acceptance criteria
  • Scope and release management
• Ability to combine product vision with delivery execution
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• High level of ownership, accountability, and result orientation
• Ability to clearly communicate priorities and delivery status to business stakeholders
• Experience or strong understanding of fintech and compliance (payments, EMI, AML/KYC, regulatory environments)
• At least an Intermediate level of English

Soft Skills:

• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient in communication and interpersonal relations.
• Ability to manage stress and meet challenging deadlines.

Would be a plus:

• Experience in fintech startups
• Experience working in regulated environments
• Technical background or strong technical understanding
• Experience bringing products from idea to MVP and live launch
• Experience working in early-stage or fast-growing startups.
