About This Opportunity:

The Field Service Coordinator is responsible for scheduling and coordinating field service projects to support efficient operations and high customer satisfaction. This role serves as a key liaison between field technicians, sales, project management, and customers, using Salesforce Lightning to manage schedules, work orders, and project data.Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate field service projects using Salesforce Lightning.
  • Assign technicians based on availability, skills, certifications, and location.
  • Monitor daily schedules and adjust for changes, delays, or urgent requests.
  • Maintain accurate work orders, service records, and project status in Salesforce.
  • Communicate schedule confirmations, updates, and changes to internal teams and customers.
  • Support capacity planning, workload forecasting, and backlog management.
  • Assist with job closeout, documentation accuracy, and invoicing readiness.
  • Escalate scheduling conflicts or resource constraints as needed.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in field service scheduling, dispatch, or coordination.
  • Experience using Salesforce Lightning (Field Service preferred).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting technical or trade-based field teams.
  • Knowledge of field service or project-based operations.
  • Salesforce reporting or Field Service experience.
