Description


The Plant Administrator is responsible for multidimensional services to the Plant Manager and other site leaders in support functions, as needed (Engineering, Operations, Quality, HR, R&D). Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) providing administrative assistance in document preparation, budget presentations with Power Point, event and meeting planning, travel arrangements, writing and publishing internal and external announcements and communications. Incumbent will also be responsible for scheduling and maintaining supplies for the administrative conference rooms.

Functional General Administrative support:

  • Coordinating travel Arrangements and processing expense reports
  • Craft presentations, memos, etc., as directed
  • Invoice processing
  • Maintains files (contracts, NDAs) and management file retention activities
  • Manage sample tracking program (R&D)
  • Organize onsite and offsite events/meetings
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • General office support
  • Coordination of events/meetings
  • Manage mass communications
  • Run company stores
  • Identify opportunities to synergize, make recommendations, and execute ideas
  • Provide various administrative activities as requested

Systems Support:

  • ERP (SAP), CRM (Salesforce.com), etc.

IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?

  • 4+ years of relevant administrative experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in general office functions.
  • Strong working knowledge and experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn new systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service focus, working with all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, detail orientation, and time-management skills.
