Marketing Specialist

Marketing communication is key strategic pillar to ensure the communication of product value to customers, and is particularly important for CTA due to the technical/specification-driven sales process tailored to specifiers and contractors.

The main purpose of this role is to lead content development and coordination across marketing communication channels for CTA products, solutions and services.

Areas of responsibility include:

Product category and sub-category marketing and content development

Sales enablement and marketing campaigns

Track, manage and improve marketing KPIs

Align marketing strategy with product strategy and the CertainTeed Architectural strategy

What do you bring?

Required:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Marketing

5-7 Years experience in Marketing Communications

Experience with cross functional leadership.

Ability to work with central functions (central marketing, IT) as well as business functions (Interior Products Group marketing)

Ability to influence across the organization to achieve goals

Preferred:

MBA

Prior Sales and/or Marketing Experience
