Pay Rate: $74.00 per hour (W2 ONLY)

Seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and manage SaaS and open-platform initiatives within a complex enterprise environment. This role will oversee medium to large, highly complex projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies, coordinating cross-functional teams and offshore partners to deliver scalable business solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Develop detailed project plans, define work assignments, and direct daily project activities.
Track key project milestones and proactively adjust project plans, timelines, and resources as needed.
Manage one or more medium to large, high-complexity, cross-functional projects.
Coordinate communication across business and IT stakeholders impacting scope, budget, risk, and resources.
Monitor plan vs. actual costs, manage schedules, and oversee issue resolution.
Conduct quality reviews and escalate functional, timeline, or risk issues appropriately.
Prepare and deliver project presentations and facilitate status meetings with management and executive leadership.
Produce and distribute weekly project status reports.
Manage and coordinate offshore development and delivery partners.
Develop a working understanding of business domains to ensure effective delivery of project and business solutions.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years as a Project Manager managing enterprise programs and projects.
Proven experience managing SaaS and open-platform solutions in large enterprise environments.
Strong expertise in budget management, forecasting, and financial tracking.
Experience conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies.
Experience managing and collaborating with offshore teams and vendors.
Experience reviewing and managing contractual documents (e.g., Statements of Work).
Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
Experience using Microsoft SharePoint.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and MS Project.
Advanced PowerPoint skills, including executive-level presentations and reporting.
Experience delivering projects using Waterfall methodologies; Agile experience preferred.
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS:
PMP certification or completion of a recognized project management curriculum
