Position: Jr. Business Systems Analyst (ServiceNow)

Pay Rate: $44.44 per hour (W2 ONLY)

A global company is seeking to hire a Analyst to provide daily operational support and global rollout of ServiceNow platform.

Daily Tasks Performed
Assist in gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements for ServiceNow modules and enhancements.
Support configuration tasks within ServiceNow under the guidance of senior developers and architects.
Help build and maintain basic workflow's, forms, UI policies, and simple scripts.
Participate in testing activities, including test case creation, execution, and defect tracking.
Support data collection, data validation, and migration activities during regional rollouts.
Provide onsite support to project teams and end users, including troubleshooting and issue triage.
Assist with project documentation, training materials, and user guides.
Ensure alignment with established ServiceNow standards, governance, and best practices.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
1+ years of experience in IT, Business Analysis, or Application Support.
Exposure to ServiceNow (course work, certification, or hands on experience).
Basic understanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Request, Change, CMDB).
Familiarity with JavaScript or willingness to learn ServiceNow scripting fundamentals.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or progress toward certification.
Experience supporting enterprise applications or participating in system rollouts.
Exposure to Agile methodologies or project delivery frameworks.
Experience in manufacturing or automotive environments is a plus.
