Qualifications:

• 2 years experience in residential HVAC Service and Maintenance
• High school diploma/GED
• Driver's License with clean driving record
• Ability to pass a drug test
• Ability to work independently and take initiative to keep up-to-date on industry changes
• Comfortable using an iPad and able to use CRM Systems to look at customer history
• Ability to educate and communicate effectively with customers on current products, on recommendations and on repairs
• Maintain a positive attitude with team members
• Candidates are required to have their own hand tools
  • SSI will provide major tools and machines
