Description

The primary function of the Marketing & Content Coordinator is to craft, manage, and grow Banc Card’s marketing presence across all channels. This role is responsible for creating compelling content, maintaining a cohesive brand, and supporting both the sales team and bank partners. The Marketing Coordinator combines creative design, storytelling, and strategic project management to elevate visibility, strengthen relationships, and fuel business growth.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and maintain marketing assets, including flyers, one-pagers, trade show materials, email templates, and digital campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize website content and social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) to drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Create co-branded materials for bank partners and associations that effectively communicate value and messaging.
  • Support new product launches with targeted marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Drive internal communications, including announcements, newsletters, and highlight reels that showcase company successes.
  • Ensure all marketing materials reflect a consistent, professional, and compelling brand presence.
  • Collaborate with sales, partnerships, and other teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Monitor marketing performance and contribute ideas to continually improve engagement and reach.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Two (2) years of marketing experience preferred, with hands-on experience in content creation, brand management, or digital marketing.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Strong writing, design, and storytelling skills; proficient in Canva, Adobe Suite, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel (Salesforce experience a plus).
  • Exceptional organizational, project management, and communication skills.
  • Creative, proactive, and able to independently manage projects while collaborating effectively across teams.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Keen attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a consistent, engaging brand.
