Our Client is hiring a Senior Network & Storage Engineer to own the operation, optimization, and maintenance of LAN, WAN, and enterprise storage infrastructure. This role ensures high service availability, performance, and resilience across hybrid environments supporting mission-critical platforms, distributed systems, analytics workloads, and global connectivity.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN networks, security appliances, and VPN connectivity
  • Manage routing/switching, network segmentation, ACLs, VLANs, and firewall standards
  • Deploy, configure, and maintain SAN/NAS storage systems and enterprise storage arrays
  • Optimize network/storage performance, capacity, redundancy, and availability
  • Troubleshoot outages, performance issues, and stability risks
  • Maintain network and storage architecture diagrams and configuration documentation
  • Support hybrid cloud connectivity (Azure/AWS)
  • Maintain compliance with ISO 27001, 21 CFR Part 11, and SOC2 frameworks
  • Support incident response, DR validation, and root-cause analysis
  • Implement automation using PowerShell, Bash, Python, or Ansible

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience with enterprise LAN/WAN and storage engineering
  • Strong experience in routing, switching, VPN, and firewall administration
  • Hands-on SAN/NAS administration (LUNs, RAID, snapshots, replication)
  • Experience with monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana)
  • Knowledge of scripting/automation tools
  • Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
  • Fully fluent in English; Spanish preferred

Preferred Certifications:

  • Cisco CCNP or CCIE
  • Fortinet NSE 4–7
  • Palo Alto PCNSE
  • Microsoft Azure Network Engineer Associate
  • AWS Advanced Networking Specialty
  • NetApp NCIE / NCDA
  • Dell EMC Storage Specialist
  • HPE 3PAR or Primera certifications
  • VMware VCP-NV or VCP-DCV
