IT QA Analyst

Our client, a leader in the health industry is hiring an IT QA Analyst. This position is an individual contributor that will design, develop and execute manual test scripts for complex applications

Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of system design and regulatory solutions
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, data integrity to ensure excellent user experience
• Design, Develop and maintain manual test scripts for web, API, data, and backend systems
• Collaborate with cross functional business units to understand requirements and translate them into test plans, test scenarios and test cases
• Manage defects using Service Now and Microfocus ALM
• Conduct manual regression, integration and end to end testing
• Write complex SQL queries for data validation
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations
• Document test scenarios

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in computer science, engineering or similar technical study or 3 plus years of relevant QA experience
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies
• Experience with API testing
• (Postman, SoapUI, Swagger)
• Strong SQL skills and experience with ETL tools and data warehousing concepts
• Experience with Service Now, Microfocus ALM, Azure DevOps, Jira)
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Fully bilingual
