Project Manager – Federal Programs

We are seeking a proactive Project Manager- Federal Programs to support the delivery of federally funded initiatives, including disaster recovery and mitigation programs. This role assists in day-to-day program operations, ensures regulatory compliance, and facilitates coordination between stakeholders, applicants, and partner agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Program Manager in planning, execution, and oversight of program activities.
• Lead coordination of outreach, technical assistance, scheduling, and reporting tasks.
• Serve as a primary contact for agency partners, subrecipients, and internal teams.
• Ensure alignment with federal and local regulatory guidelines (e.g., FEMA, CDBG-DR).
• Oversee deliverables, risk management, staffing logistics, and compliance reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture
• PE or RA certification.
• 5+ years of experience in project/program management; 3+ years in federally funded programs.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish); strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
