Description
We are seeking a highly driven Recruiter to join our experienced and talented team to work with top-tier clients and industry leaders, with proven success connecting top talent with outstanding career opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition, a strong ability to build relationships with clients and candidates, and the analytical skills necessary to identify top-tier executive talent. This fearless individual will play a key role in sourcing, evaluating, and placing passive candidates in technical and leadership positions while ensuring a seamless recruiting experience for all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participates in new job order meetings, preparing insightful questions to gain a thorough understanding of the client’s recruiting needs, company culture, and position specifications.
- Conducts thorough research within clients’ industries, organizational structures, and hiring challenges to provide market intelligence and strategic recruitment solutions.
- Supports Careers Inc. leadership in maintaining clear communication with clients, preparing reports, updating search status, and responding to client inquiries efficiently.
- Acts as a trusted advisor by demonstrating knowledge of recruiting best practices, industry trends, and employment regulations (EEO, ADA, affirmative action guidelines, etc.).
- Identifies and engages top-tier candidates through innovative direct sourcing methods (cold calls, networking, referrals, and digital platforms).
- Conducts in-depth face-to-face interviews with candidates, assessing technical skills, experience, and cultural fit for client organizations.
- Guides candidates through the interview, negotiation, and transition processes, ensuring a valuable and positive experience for them.
- Manages multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
Requirements
Required Competencies:
- Minimum 2 years of direct hands-on experience in permanent placement/full-cycle recruiting, including exposure to compensation analysis and offer negotiation. Completely Bilingual (English & Spanish) – Non-Negotiable requirement.
- Direct experience interacting and presenting to Clients in both languages (English & Spanish).
- Able to work 100% based at the corporate offices in San Juan, PR.
- Strong drive for results with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Tenacity, perseverance, and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and a customer-service-oriented approach.
- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Confident and respectfully persuasive communication style, both written and verbal.
- Ability to think big picture, while remaining structured and organized.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and web-based recruiting tools.
- Strong business acumen and ability to align recruitment strategies with client business goals.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects efficiently.
