Our client is hiring a Senior Data Analytics for their Supply Chain responsible for leading a very diversified product management Organization. The mission of this position is to focus on building and scaling data and analytics to facilitate decisions across the Global supply chain of the Company. This position supervises a team of Product Managers, Business and supply chain analysts to improve the delivery of high impact analytics products and enhance service to the channels of distribution.

Responsibilities:

  • Supply Chain Data Products development using Agile methodologies to deliver value and improve business outcomes.
  • Driving internal supply chain analytics innovation
  • Accountability for ensuring that data analytics solutions enhance customer expectations
  • Use supply chain data to optimize end-to end logistics performance minimizing fulfilment failures
  • Liaison between business strategy, data engineering and analytics execution
  • Strong collaboration with the DevOps product development team, especially with the Product designers
  • Define and execute products roadmap for supply chain data & analytics portfolio
  • Supervise and mentor a team of Data Analytics Product Managers, Business Analysts and supply Chain.
  • Manage a multi -product portfolio driven by predictive analytics, inventory optimization, demand and forecast, logistics, and data services
  • Ensure all analytics products deliver measurable business value and efficiency
  • Ensure Regulatory compliance
  • Oversee Agile product development cycles
  • Establish processes for backlog management
  • Ensure that all product development adheres to SDLC, InfoSec, and QMS standards
  • Synchronize product roadmaps with enterprise release calendars.
  • Compliance with data privacy and security
  • Implement governance controls across data lifecycle processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field
  • 7 plus years of experience in Product Management, Data Analytics and/or Business intelligence
  • 5 plus years of supervisory experience
  • Experience of delivering complex data and analytics in large matrix enterprise environments
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SaFE) and DevOps environments
  • Understanding of data analytics technologies such as (Databricks, Snowflake, Azure Synapse, Power BI, Tableau)
  • English proficiency required
