Description

Banking client is seeking a Treasury Management Analyst to join their Treasury Management team. This individual should have Treasury management and digital banking sales and services experience within the banking industry.

Responsibilities include:

  • Treasury Management Analyst will prepare customized sales proposals, account schematics and proformas. Deliver sales recommendations based on status.
  • Cross sell and identify treasury management solutions through needs analysis approach and use of bank leads technology.
  • Handle all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned products.
  • Provide a single point of contact for internal and external customers throughout the implementation process.
  • Successfully lead post-implementation client review process and report status to relationship team within timelines.
  • Treasury Management analyst will adhere to product risk assessments and perform product and client audits.
  • Successfully assist with annual re-pricing initiatives by partnering with leadership to ensure existence of exception pricing for respective client accounts and performing system inputs of approved and new exception pricing.
  • Ability to demonstrate compliance with all bank regulations and keep up to date on regulation changes. Maintain knowledge of our banks policies and procedures.
  • Work in collaboration across all banking departments, operations, and other internal bank colleagues.
  • Treasury Management Analyst will manage the delivery and success of small to mid-level complexity projects and Treasury Management product implementations.
  • Execute and organize a large volume of customer implementations primarily focused on core digital banking services.
  • Manage customer-impacting issues and risk during product implementations; including tracking, mitigating, and problem resolution.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage the integration of client-dependent tasks and review deliverables with clients.
  • Treasury Management Analyst will provide technical and analytical guidance to customers and internal partners.
  • Manages client expectations, timeline, and quality throughout the life of implementation projects.
  • Successfully manage a portfolio of client requests varying in size, volume, and complexity.
  • Ability to offer creative solutions to the increasingly complex problems faced by clients
  • Ability to serve as a subject matter expert of low-complexity/core Treasury Management products and how they operate.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
  • Experience in bank operations or treasury management operations performing back-office functions preferred.
  • Banking, commercial banking or community banking work experience
  • Three to five years of financial services, digital banking, operations or Treasury Management experience
  • One year of experience working with Treasury Management and/or Corporate Cash Management systems implementations preferred
  • External customer service experience
  • Microsoft Office products including Microsoft Teams experience
  • Strong accounting or operations background and computer skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail oriented, high degree of accuracy
  • Knowledgeable about how common accounting/ERP systems interact with core digital banking products in order to determine compatibility.
  • Ability to work independently and also provide positive contributions in a team-environment.
  • Ability to follow tasks through to completion with minimum supervision.
  • Possess the ability to simultaneously handle multiple tasks with flexibility and good judgment.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.

Salary $80,000-$100,000 based on experience.
