Description

Job purpose:

Support daily operational tasks within Sales & Marketing Administration team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact internally for the team, solving issues, answer queries and delivering results
  • Manage end to end processes regarding customer accounts (from placing a sales order until receiving the cash from customer)
  • Coordinate and support internally and externally the order to cash processes, focusing on operational excellence
  • Coordinate internally and externally to answer to internal customers’ requirements and queries acting as a facilitator and unblocking issues
  • Ensure KPIs retrieve, monitor and analysis
  • Support the team as a process/area expert
  • Able to perform and support the key activities done by the Sales and act as a proxy when needed
  • Administration analyst as cost center analysis and other Backoffice tasks
  • Support budget season process with data consolidation and coordination
  • Provide support with presentations for different purposes
  • Support global macro-economic trend analysis and
  • Create periodical or specific ad hoc reporting

Qualifications / Competencies:

Education:Minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales Administrative / Sales back-office functions and experience with Customer contact and service.
