Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing)

  • Execute an innovative, cross-platform strategy to grow Delish’s social presence
  • Develop and manage Delish’s social calendar and promotional plans for editorial initiatives
  • Post content to platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Apple News in line with brand standards and deadlines
  • Monitor platform performance and report insights to inform future strategy
  • Collaborate across teams—art, editorial, food, and video—to produce engaging, social-first content
  • Stay on top of emerging social trends and integrate them into brand storytelling
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas that build community and drive engagement

Qualifications (What We’re Looking For)

  • 2+ years of social media experience, with strong editorial judgment and excellent writing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to spot trends, write compelling copy, and produce engaging multimedia content
  • Proficiency in social analytics and publishing tools (e.g., TrueAnthem, Google Analytics, Dash Hudson)
  • Highly collaborative, organized, and solution-oriented with a sharp attention to detail
  • A love of food culture and digital storytelling that brings people together
  • Hybrid: 4 days per week in the NYC office

The base salary for this role is between $64,000 - $67,000 . The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
